Everyone that went to the local college said "no one lives across the river," but I had done my due diligence and was confident the risk would be worth it. ⏰ That was five years ago ⏰Now, the park down the street is being completely renovated, the corner storefronts have had a facelift, and a bike lane takes you directly to the college and downtown. It was a successful purchase and helped set me up for my next purchase: a duplex in a neighborhood set to see investment with a $2.3 billion hospital project being built in the area.Because of this experience I want to help others.
