-Act as the primary escalation point for the Air Liquide Electronics US (ALEUS) business entity related to IT services-Communicate status of projects, initiatives and escalated issue resolution progression between IT and Air Liquide Electronics US leadership-Act as the “connector” between IT and the Air Liquide Electronics US business entity-Support continuous improvement of IT operations for Air Liquide Electronics US -Work in cooperation with cross functional teams to continuously improve work methods and processes-Analyze the functioning of the Air Liquide Electronics US activity, determine the causes of the problems and propose corrective measures accordingly-Analyze in detail with the Domain Managers, the level of service provided to improve and, maximize the value created for Air Liquide Electronics US

● Perform server, workstation, and network administration in an Operations Technology environment with a focus on technical support for refinery process units. ● Monitor network device health and identify issues using common industry toolsets (SolarWinds, vSphere, VCM, XIA. Carbon Black, McAfee, Symantec, etc.). These systems support system backup, anti-virus, and network security detection administration.● Engage in auditing, compliance, and risk assessment processes in addition to maintaining an accurate representation of hardware and software license inventory.● Implement hardware, software, and network solutions, ensuring a consistent application of standards. Collaboration with business partners during development, support, and implementation of in-house or third-party systems.

● Lead a talented team of technicians that efficiently provide support for company managed assets ● Currently facilitating effort of migrating clients to Office 365 solution with minimal downtime.● Developed the strategy to implement Clickshare wireless presentation systems in all site conference rooms.● Primary responsibilities include Service Desk support/tickets, direct customer support, and on-going technology maintenance.● Work scope includes desktop and laptop computer hardware on the Business LAN and for Refinery Product Control Laboratories● Configure Microsoft operating system software, in addition to application software installation/deployment. ● Maintain networked and stand-alone printers/copiers/scanners multifunction devices.● Administration over end-user telecom devices such as telephones and mobile devices.● Additional activities include basic server and network administration and monitoring.

● Lead the effort of migrating 50+ Windows 7 workstations to the Window 10 Operating System, in a laboratory environment. 50+ laboratory workstations are maintained monthly through patching and compliance.● Successfully converted 240+ servers from Windows Sever 2008 to Windows Server 2012 OS● Succeeded in the closeout of an upgrade project for over 4000+ workstations across the refinery.

● Streamlined process of upgrading of over 17,000 devices to the Kaspersky 10 Antivirus solution● Spearheaded new procedures for state mandated online testing, enabling the development of a knowledge base for software setup and troubleshooting to improve the online testing experience for over 2000 students on a given day. ● Facilitated the implementation of record management system utilized by district Police Department. It is now utilized on mobile data terminals in 30 patrol cars within the district.

● Migrated of over 6000 Apple/Android devices to AirWatch Mobile Device Management System. ● Identified compliant asset/device software option to utilize for district wide utilization (70 campuses) via user acceptance testing.● Trained specialists on backend management of the Google Administration Console, which decreased Chrome OS related work orders.
