I led YouTube's Live creation products including Desktop & Mobile Streaming, Premieres, and creator experience. Additionally, I worked on Paid Digital Goods on Shorts to help creators earn money while diversifying YouTube's revenue streams.These products were used by millions of creators, and touched hundreds of millions of viewers worldwide, generating $XXX million in annual revenue for YouTube.Culturally, our work on Live shaped interactive entertainment on YouTube, so that creators around the world can make a living engaging their audience via shared, real-time experiences. YouTube Live became a crucial fabric of human connection during the pandemic when we were forced apart.Premieres fundamentally changed how artists, labels, movie studios, and creators release videos by turning VODs (incl. music videos and movie trailers) into real-time, shared viewing experiences. In doing so, we brought communities together in unprecedented ways. As Lyor Cohen calls it: "Hero product."

I led Twitch's portfolio of Video On Demand (VOD) products to enable creators to maximize the value of their live streams, contributing XX% of Twitch's total video watch time. This encompassed products for archiving livestreams, curation tools for generating highlights, and video discovery tools.As PM of Twitch Clips, I helped to shape the mission and vision of the product, identified key customers and their motivations, and codified strategic pillars into a user-centric roadmap. Led the team to execute and grow the product 5X in one year, delivering a significant portion (XX%) of Twitch's monthly new viewership and video playbacks.
