Acquired Final Development Plan approval for the 121-lot patio home development named Goldwell, worth $9MM+ in lot sales.• Co-led the development and opening of a 135-room Courtyard by Marriott and the connected 13,000 sq. ft. Grand Event Center.• Reviewed and assessed over 75 senior secured, mezzanine and distressed credit funds for possible investment or strategic partnership, which resulted in committing $260MM across 5 funds.• Evaluated 100+ co-investments, led 3 transactions representing over $65MM of invested capital, and contributed to another 4 transactions representing an additional $50MM of investments.• Spearheaded and drove the formation and management of wholly owned subsidiary company, Kauai Lagoons Realty, a real estate brokerage firm responsible for sales of over $220MM of resort property
