Leveraging commercial and residential real estate development and portfolio management experiences, I manage the financial performance of assets within an assigned portfolio. In addition, I create value across property types, including multifamily, hospitality, residential and mixed-use. Highlights of my qualifications include:• Co-led the renovation of the 633-room Hyatt Regency, the largest hotel in Columbus, Ohio, including front of house areas such as lobbies, fitness center, signage and guest rooms, as well as back of house areas.• Enhanced entitlements and zoning for the 420-acre commercial development portion of Northstar, including acquiring zoning for 1,200 apartments and the establishment of a TIF (Tax Increment Financing), which significantly increased the property’s value.• Sold the Crowne Plaza and Lofts Hotels (400 keys combined) to the largest hotel REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust) in the country for a price that exceeded the Company’s internal expectations as well as all various broker opinions and valuations.• Structured a deal with Fischer Homes to build patio homes on 52-foot finished lots developed by Northstar. Acquired Final Development Plan approval for the 121-lot patio home development named Goldwell, worth $9MM+ in lot sales.• Co-led the development and opening of a 135-room Courtyard by Marriott and the connected 13,000 sq. ft. Grand Event Center.• Reviewed and assessed over 75 senior secured, mezzanine and distressed credit funds for possible investment or strategic partnership, which resulted in committing $260MM across 5 funds.• Evaluated 100+ co-investments, led 3 transactions representing over $65MM of invested capital, and contributed to another 4 transactions representing an additional $50MM of investments.• Spearheaded and drove the formation and management of wholly owned subsidiary company, Kauai Lagoons Realty, a real estate brokerage firm responsible for sales of over $220MM of resort property
