- Implemented full functionality for tRPC testing to production including query, mutate, and subscription services to ensure Swell was up to date for the ever growing population of full stack developers seeking type safety- Spearheaded the development and successful implementation of the history feature, enabling developers to effortlessly reconstruct past requests protocol, headers, and body. This feature was released with support for multiple protocols including GraphQL, websockets, tRPC, and http2- Utilized Redux Toolkit for management of a complex application state by leveraging convenient utilities like slices allowing for improved code maintainability and scalability as testing for more procedure types are added- Applied proper git/github workflow with my team including a defined branching strategy, code review for all pull requests, and 1-2 daily standups to foster open communication and collaboration- Achieved 5% bundle size reduction through optimization of Webpack, image compression, and eliminating unnecessary modules- Enhanced codebase quality and maintainability by refactoring existing TypeScript code, significantly reducing reliance on “any” typing, promoting stronger type safety and improving overall code robustness
