Clients included the British Council, EU Salto/Euro-Med Youth Programme, Nonviolent Peaceforce Philippines and Nonviolent Peaceforce Iraq. Notable achievements include:- Design and facilitation of a Mission Preparedness Training for staff of Nonviolent Peaceforce Iraq, including the creation of custom localised training resources, and complimented by the sourcing and writing up of three impact studies capturing the developing contribution of NPI to protection and peacebuilding in Iraq.-A comprehensive mixed methods study of the situation of youth in the occupied Palestinian territories drawing upon first hand observation and interviews, documentary research and positing policy recommendations as well as profiling effective youth participation practice in Gaza and the West Bank.- A Gender Needs Assessment for the civilian protection work of Nonviolent Peaceforce Philippines in Mindanao; collaborating with a local team to collate and analyse data from focus groups, surveys and key informant interviews.- Facilitation in several 'Global Changemakers' and 'Active Citizens' programmes for the British Council; supporting participants from across the MENA region, South Sudan, the Maldives, Bangladesh and more to develop key skills for leadership, project management and conflict resolution. I helped plan programmes, led training sessions and supported the development of tools for developmental evaluation of Active Citizens.- Coordination of a parallel youth programme at major UN conference on Disaster Risk Reduction. This entailed liaising with staff and youth volunteers across three continents to create an inclusive 5 day learning and participation programme and supporting participants to run conference sessions, participate in panel discussions and undertake advocacy.
