I joined PwC as part of the Technology Consulting graduate program. During my time there, I learned about best practices for digital transformation. In 2023, I was promoted to Senior Associate, specialising in Microsoft-enabled digital transformations and product solutions. I have experience within both the public and private sectors.Key responsibilities:• I worked in numerous business analysis roles to translate business and functional requirements into user stories, process maps and high-fidelity wireframes to develop Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions.• I developed various Power BI Dashboards to visualise data used within leadership reporting.• I liaised with client stakeholders to elucidate risks and identify opportunities for digital transformation.• I mentored new joiners to PwC and project teams, supporting them with business, technology and networking challenges.• I conducted competitors and benefits modelling analyses to assess the merits of digital transformation.• I held responsibility in a PMO role, leading the delivery of several client deliverables, including the project plan, RAID log and weekly progress updates.Achievements• I created the design of a Microsoft Customer Service solution, with supporting omnichannel capabilities and optional Dynamics Marketing integration.• I supported the modularisation approach of a large Microsoft Dynamics Customer Service solution.• I identified opportunities for RPA automation and business centralisation within two large public-sector clients, where I led the benefits modelling approach.• I led a team in developing Power Platform environment deployment pipelines whilst adhering to ALM best practices.• I implemented a successful business cutover of a large energy client, enabling successful business unit separation.• I implemented networking opportunity initiatives in PwC, enabling new joiners to build relationships with senior members of the firm.
