Graduate from Oregon State University with a Bachelors of Science in Supply Chain & Logistics Management. My courses provided an extensive knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, R Studio, Optimization Modeling, Lean Management, Material Resource Planning, and Inventory Management.I have begun studying SQL, Power BI, and Tableau to hone my analytical skills. Every decision, whether big or small, can be made more optimal by utilizing data.I have a drive for professional growth & development so I will gladly pursue any opportunities to learn from others experiences and strategies. Having a diverse team offers different perspectives which can be beneficial to the company. I like to adopt this mindset by connecting with individuals, and discovering their backgrounds and philosophies they follow. This helps me explore additional techniques to solve problems that I will eventually face. In 2017, while working at Lit Workshop, we designed and created retail displays for many Fortune 500 companies like Google and AT&T. To proactively combat bottlenecks in the production process, I took the initiative to communicate with each department head, any part or material shortages that could occur in the upcoming days, that were seen from my assembly department's inventory. Along with this initiative, I made further suggestions on the operational flow within the assembly department which led to an average daily output increase of five units (65.7%). I was given the title of shift lead and began to delegate workload among my team while continuing to provide insights to my supervisor based on production line halts I was finding between the departments. I also have experience working in Semiconductor, Automotive, Retail, Fitness, and Food Service environments. Performing sales pitches, following BKMs, adhering to safety guidelines, developing strong leadership qualities, and understanding how to cohesively work with a team.While at San Diego Mesa College, I received the honor of Deans List for the academic year of 2015-2016 with a GPA of 4.0.
