I supported the development of the brewery and its people, in both brew-technical and business aspects. I also brewed, primarily on the brewery's "nano" plant (60 litre batch size) developing new recipes and coaching members of the public who come to us for a Brew Experience day. In 2014 I launched my own beer brand: The Bosbury Brewer, with a Coffee.

With my wife and daughter as partners we made hand-made liqueurs, trading as Three Counties Liqueurs. We sold direct and to trade, but most of our sales were at country fairs and shows.
