Developed metrics used to determine inefficiencies and areas for improvement.

Identified gaps in service impacting clients.Led a cross-functional team of engineers, network and information security personnel to implement a branded, firm-wide desktop videoconferencing platform geared toward investment personnel to improve communication and work-life balance. Held in-class exercises demonstrating corporate wrongdoings and the effects on shareholders, stakeholders and customers.Speech Communication: Instructed a class of 24 students on how to become effective public speakers. Developed exercises to help overcome the fear of public speaking. Utilized communication theory and real-world situations to empower students to feel confident in speaking in front of an audience, often for the first time in their lives.
