Dual senior leadership role for the Central Division of SVB:Head of Product: Led a team of professionals responsible for sales and delivery of all 'non-credit' products across the SVB platform, including: cash management / global treasury products, foreign exchange / trade finance products, and investments (both broker dealer & managed).Head of Client Advisory: Led a team of service professionals responsible for managing the routine client service, transaction support, product onboarding and account maintenance activities of SVB's commercial bank clients. Initial responsibility focused on a broad-based organizational effort to restructure and streamline SVB's client service delivery platform, including the implementation of new software architectures and business processes.

Portland, Oregon Area

Rotation assignment with Advisory Services - supporting SVB'sTechnology and Life Science lending teams across the United States. Advisory Services consults with SVB lending personnel when client companies exhibit trends indicative of elevated credit risks and directly manages those client relationships when sale, dissolution, or recapitalization become the primary business priority. Direct responsibility for a dynamic portfolio of troubled/restructured/defaulted commercial loans. Responsible for negotiating with investors, management other stakeholders in order to optimize the outcome of each 'workout' assignment in a manner consistent with SVB's strategic priorities and compliant with all regulatory/accounting requirements.

Portland, Oregon Area

Senior Relationship Manager (SRM) in the Oregon and Washington markets. Responsible for all aspects of each client relationship, including underwriting complex commercial loan transactions and cross-selling cash management, investment, and trade finance solutions. Leader of a team dedicated to partnering with the premier technology and life science companies in the PNW and growing SVB's reputation as the partner of choice for innovation companies. Broad experience collaborating with venture investors in support of their portfolio companies, and consulting with regional incubators, accelerators, and industry groups supporting entrepreneur-friendly public policy strategies.
