Current- Provide remote technical support to clients via phone, email, chat, and remote desktop tools.
- Diagnose and resolve commercial copier system software problems.
- Assist clients in the installation, configuration, and setup of copier machines and related software.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity and printing issues related to commercial copiers.
- Connect devices to network, install print drivers, and configure copier and pc/mac software onsite.
