- Reviews data for any missing information needed. Works with IT, client, and analyst groups to determine steps to explain why missing data is important, what processes are currently impacted, potential fixes, and what is needed for fixes to move forward.- Provides Ad-Hoc analysis and research to internal requestors regarding data quality for multiple state and commercial clients. Ensures research is easy to read and provides impactful insights even at a glance.-Reviews new developments and fixes to ensure that they do not effect data quality.- Works with multiple departments on issues relating to medical claims files.

Assists in the review, analysis and evaluation of data/systems business requirements for system modifications or data file enhancements; drafts functional specifications.May also assist in the implementation of new clients and services.Leverages data profiling tools and reports to draw information from large data sets.Work with developers on project development and communication of issues.Documents test cases, testing of development and assists clients in user acceptance testing.Provides regular status reports to clients, developers, and management as needed.
