I am currently Vice President of Commercial Development for Oxy Low Carbon Ventures, a subsidiary of Occidental Petroleum Corporation. Primarily focused on driving innovation through investment in technologies and business models that are strategically aligned with Oxy's energy transition strategy and accelerating the commercialization of these technologies and businesses by leveraging Oxy's operations and expertise.Prior to June 2022, I served as the VP of Legal for Oxy Low Carbon Ventures, in which I started and grew the legal function within OLCV.Prior to Oxy, I was the SVP Corporate Development, General Counsel and Secretary of Volusion, LLC, where I managed Volusion's corporate development opportunities, including strategic partnerships and acquisitions, and was responsible for its worldwide legal affairs.Before Volusion, I was a corporate and securities partner at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. My practice focused on venture capital and private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions and capital market transactions in the internet, semiconductor, software, clean technology and renewable energy, telecommunications, and life sciences sectors.
