Researching DNA replication at the Monnat & Sidorova labStudying the mechanics of DNA replication in cancer cells and the role of RNA/DNA hybrids and their impact on DNA replication.Identified relevant questions and designed and implemented various hypothesis and experimental protocols in order to collect relevant data. Carried out various experiments and cleaned, processed, and analyzed data in order to come up with conclusions in inform future experimentation.Use of wet lab skills including DNA stretching, cell cultures, image acquisition and analysis. Using python (numpy, pandas, matplotlib, seaborn) to model DNA replication breakage and generate sample data sets.

Use of Ex Libris Alma database platform and Microsoft office to maintain, update, and create new catalogues for library Special Collections purchases, inventory, and statuses for books, articles, and historical artifacts.
