Supported Windchill administrators in a staff augmentation role with day to day ticket burndown as well as creating application to audit licence usage across all users. Performed and documented an major release upgrade of enterprise software. Assisted colleagues with troubleshooting and strategic tasks.

Preformed carrier validation of new GSM phones using various hardware and software technologies. Required to follow strict guidelines to meet AT&T's requirements and regulations for cellular phones to be certified to use their networks.

Developed software for nuclear simulators as part of a hardware/software refresh in VB.NET. I was also responsible for assembling and configuring hardware components, and creating custom images of Windows to speed up production of the units.

My responsibilities included asset integrity monitoring using a vendor produced database system. I also completed a full refresh of the documentation for Exelon’s fiber network.
