CurrentHand selected to join $350MM Digital Business Unit Operations team as an internal consultant, known for diplomacy, attention to detail, project management, and ability to illicit change.• M&A/Integrations – Managed the People & Process workstreams for the acquisition and integration of a $130MM consulting firm and a $20MM consulting firm into new, $9B parent company, Rockwell Automation. Analyzed operational processes to identify improvements and harmonization opportunities as 3 business units reorganized into a single Professional Services business unit of 3,500 employees. Managed data migration and transition for 1200 users from legacy Microsoft O365 environment and Zoho CRM software into parent company Microsoft O365 environment and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.• Process Improvement - Identified, developed, and launched process improvement initiative leveraging PowerBI to improve project approval process as company scaled from $130MM to $350MM within 2 years without increasing headcount. Developed master data governance program to improve consistency and use of business unit data across financial, HR, and contracts software tools.• Risk - Oversaw Quality Risk Management process, advising on and approving 1200 consulting/client contracts per year through analysis of project profit margin, delivery, and legal risk. Liaison between consulting sales team and legal department, to shepherd 100 legal contract negotiations per year to close, reducing time to signature while minimizing risk.• People Management - Managed team of developers and analysts who maintain and develop internal financial software, PowerBI platform, and project quoting tools.
