Developed master data governance program to improve consistency and use of business unit data across financial, HR, and contracts software tools.• Risk - Oversaw Quality Risk Management process, advising on and approving 1200 consulting/client contracts per year through analysis of project profit margin, delivery, and legal risk. Liaison between consulting sales team and legal department, to shepherd 100 legal contract negotiations per year to close, reducing time to signature while minimizing risk.• People Management - Managed team of developers and analysts who maintain and develop internal financial software, PowerBI platform, and project quoting tools.

I was responsible for all food and beverage purchases ($15 MM annually) as well as FF&E and store build-outs. In this role my team and I revamped our social media platforms, redesigned the brand logo and interior store design, and launched the first of many LTO series. However I am most proud of our Kid's Meal project. Working with my team and network of suppliers, we were able to conceptualize and launch an entirely new product and program, increasing child (and most importantly parent) satisfaction while generating $200K in annual revenue.
