It Support Specialist
Current-Diagnose hadware, software, and network issues.-Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other peripherals.-Provide training and guidance to users on software and hardware use.-Provide support to end users via phone, email, in-person, or remote. -Create documents for IT procedures, user guides, and FAQs.-Assists with onboarding process for new employees, including setting up workstations and user accounts.-Perform regular updates, backups, and maintenance tasks.-Monitor system performance and ensure system availability and reliability.-Assist in the implementation of new technologies and upgrades to existing systems.-Collaborate with vendors and service providers for technical support and warranty services.-Participate in IT projects and initiatives to improve system performance and user experience.-Other assigned duties.
