For added efficiency, process standardization was based of local and regional Demand Portfolios and Service Delivery Portfolios.Conceived and established Service Desk and asset management practices and processes to track all Service calls and assets from purchase to disposal-Managed inventory tracking, establishing tight asset control standards region-wide-Merged Service Desk and incident tracking system-providing ability to monitor support trends.
