I have extensive experience designing end-to-end solutions for Enterprise Mobility, Video Conferencing, Network Connectivity, and Private Cloud. I have presented techno-commercial solutions, proof of concept ideas, and product capabilities to CXOs and influenced key decision makers by providing compelling value propositions. My PoC demonstrations have resulted in multiple customer acquisitions and increased revenue. I collaborate with customers to stitch end-to-end processes to facilitate the adoption of new solutions internally. I work with the product management team to enhance product offerings based on customer feedback and market demand. I have successfully managed large and complex bids, established and maintained strong customer relationships throughout the sales cycle, and helped new joiners understand organizational practices and processes.

I was instrumental in implementing the IP Network Discovery Engine for Tata Communications using IBM Tivoli. I also led the change of provisioning system from a homegrown system to Amdocs Cramer for IP/MPLS Products. I defined business logic to automatically identify network inventory states and update it in OSS, collaborated with cross-functional teams to define and implement new business processes, and worked with system integrators to implement the business logic and workflow for core products. I was formally trained in the Cramer Provisioning System and Metasolv, and acted as a project manager in all bandwidth augmentation projects of Tata Communications' Internet and MPLS backbones. I worked with the engineering team to create new network infrastructure projects and conducted audits in routers and switches to identify and free up network resources, avoiding additional Capex. Additionally, I created presentations and training videos to enable others to learn the new systems.
