Extended Support Team – Atlassian Support Provide technical support to Atlassian customer on the Atlassian DevTools suite. Products include Bitbucket Server (formerly Stash), Bitbucket Cloud and Bamboo. Communicate with customers via service desk (JIRA), phone calls and screen shares. Perform troubleshooting and testing to reproduce issues faced by customers. Skills acquired includes JVM troubleshooting, SQL, UNIX and logs parsing. Prepare detailed bug reports to assist developer in delivering the fix. Think on how to further improve the products by writing feature and improvement requests. Write public facing knowledge based article. Work with global teammates from Sydney, Amsterdam,Austin and San Francisco. Maintain constant communication via chat (HipChat) and video conferencing. Organize training and brownbag sessions for internal knowledge transfers Handle internal escalations of Bitbucket Cloud Pipelines related issues. Involved in leadership and management meetings as the local team lead representative in Kuala Lumpur. Run analytics and reports to measure weekly performance. Perform NPS and CSAT reviews to ensure that customer satisfaction is met.
