With over 16 years of special operations experience, I am a Senior Team Manager at MARSOC, where I lead the Staff and Faculty Development and Instructor Qualification Course. I am responsible for developing the skills and competencies of MARSOC Individual Training Course students, who are preparing for challenging and complex missions around the world.As a certified Brief BELT, Innovative Instructor, and Interagency Communications professional, I have a passion for coaching, instructing, and counseling others to achieve their full potential. I also value context, harmony, inclusion, restorative, and adaptability as key strengths that enable me to work effectively with diverse and dynamic teams. My goal is to continue to serve and support others who need or provide a needed service to others, whether in the military or civilian sector. I also enjoy giving back and having fun as a kickball coach, kids soccer coach, plant caretaker, and volunteer.
