I am a self driven person with a mindset that just wants to engage in a variety of experiences in life while having a motivation for my colleagues and I to go beyond our knowledge with technology.Currently, I am in the Equity Compensation Industry and in the role of the Stock Plan Consultant for about 1.5+ years specializing on RSU and other Equity focused releases and reporting. Additionally, I was in the banking industry for 10+ years primarily in a Systems Analyst role with a focus on Corporate and Industry compliance. Striving to continually set new goals has been a motivation to me because I know I want to continue my education and also advance in my professional career. The skills that I have acquired and continue to work on has taught me to not only use these skills in the workplace, but also in real life where I have passion to help others and my community.
