• Under the direction of the QA Manager plan, develop, execute, and report on manual tests of web-based software in all phases of the development process.• Provide manual scripts and domain knowledge to Test Automation team to assist in the development of automation scripts.• Work closely in a cross-functional team consisting of Business Analysts, Developers, and QA Analysts to ensure the quality of software product.• Assist in trouble-shooting production issues, as needed.• Develop Test Scripts for QA Automation using JetBrains RubyMine and other automation tools.

• General Support with Software- phone/email• Build Forms, rubrics, assessment templates, teacher plans, student intervention plans for implementations team who go onsite.• Use SQL to resolve issues for clients, pull reports for clients, edit information in software for clients.• Import Assessments for Clients from FTP server• Ensure sites are using the proper workflow for Software- Also QA software before builds. Came up with the testing plan and workflows.

• Support all interface types – charges, immunizations, scheduling, demographics, results, etc.• Learn to use SQL Manager to pull needed data from site’s database or the Greenway database to use for resolving issues.• Use CorePoint Integration to monitor connections and make sure data is flowing and no errors occur.• Reprocess failed and error’d messages in CorePoint to confirm results and other data is making it to the site.• Ensure sites are using the proper workflow for triggering each type of transaction.• Reprocess all failed messages that failed on our Database (not in Corepoint) due to connectivity through VPN, incorrect passwords, invalid characters, and other reasons.• Test connectivity between sites, vendors, and PX database to ensure data can cross.• Have to be able to pull audits and find out what happened to results, and who might have deleted them from the site’s server.• Quickly respond to emails for client’s whom are not receiving a type of transaction.• Have to be able to assist with interface down issues on weekends and nights.

Setup interfaces and test connectivity of the interface. Also service customers who are having issues with the product. Also service other add-ons of the software.
