- Collaborates with DCO Manager to ensure appropriate staffing coverage to meet current job assignments. - Responsible for DCO team members on-the job training to meet daily assignments. - Ensure every incident is worked and resolved in a timely manner. - Oversee Clarizen projects to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner. - Complete interdepartmental communication on installations, work orders, and incidents. - Work with all operational teams to ensure flawless implementation of products and services. - Develop project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans while conferring with management. - Determine project schedules by studying project plans and specifications, calculating time requirements, and understanding project elements while updating management. - Ensure data center is maintained at all times based on set standards and direction of DCO Manager. - Interface with security and facilities teams as required to maintain data center. - Work with direct Manager to collaborate on DCO standards and drive improvement. - Ensure all QTS policies and SOP’s are followed. - Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements. Assigning personnel to the phases, getting and reviewing bids from contractors.- Update and maintain all DCO documentation.- Inform management of any outage or customer affecting events.- Data center space and cable plant design, implementation, and maintenance.- Perform other duties in the department as needed.- Interface with hardware support vendors to resolve issues.
