Seasoned Leader supervising four senior subject matter experts for the U.S. Navy’s Maritime Patrol and Reconnaissance Force, providing direct oversight of three Wings, 16 operational squadron maintenance departments encompassing 170 aircraft and 3750 personnel. Guidance led to unprecedented levels of combat readiness and operational execution directly supporting sustained global surveillance. Provided extensive technical and logistic information to P-3C, P-8A, EP-3E and MQ-4C Program Offices, Naval Air Warfare Center, Fleet Support Team (FST) and numerous Navy units ensuring sustained global readiness. Developed detailed maintenance plans to support P-3C, P-8A, EP-3E and MQ-4C aircraft weapons systems, components, engines, support equipment (SE), and Individual Material Readiness List (IMRL). Exercised in-depth maintenance knowledge supporting the Chief of Naval Operations, Northern European Reassurance Initiative as the Commander Patrol and Reconnaissance Group representative conducting Flag Level P-8A Site Activation Working Groups leading to the reestablishment of strategic presences in both Keflavik, Iceland and Andoya, Norway.

Assists in statistical analyses of aircraft accident reports; formulates guidelines for safety inspections and instructions; plans, organizes, implements, and controls activities in compliance with policy statements, operation orders, and directives; forecasts future requirements; plans andinitiates actions to satisfy requirements; establishes goals and priorities; exercises leadership and motivational techniques toward subordinate personnel; reviews and evaluates personnel, equipment, and material requirements; administers inventory, requisition, receipt, and transfer procedures for aircraft and components; monitors implementation of preventive maintenance program; serves as liaison with other Navy units; reviews and evaluates inspection records, quality assurance reports, and flight records to ensure that proper maintenance procedures are followed; prepares staff studies and reports; develops operating budgets and monitors expenditures.
