verifying information relating to recruitment, appointments, transfers and human resource managementinformation systems; implementing human resource decisions within existing rules, regulations and procedures; collecting and collating data for assessing training needs; preparing training projections; and Preparing agenda and minutes for Human Resource Management Advisory Committee. Drafting of Ministerial correspondences and dispatching of the same.

• Receive new stocks and verifying quantities physically• Coordinate purchases and services from established vendors.• Source for quotations and negotiate for best rates and value for money for the organization.• Maintain inventory levels records.• Identify new opportunities, seek ways to improve efficiencies and ensure purchasing compliance.• Raise requisitions for supplies in accordance with the public procurement procedures while observing the reorder levels and requirements.• Liaising with Finance, Administration and Procurement departments to ensure integrated internal controls, timely payments of vendors and full, auditable support documentation.• Ensuring safe custody of all procurement’s records.• Participating in opening and evaluations of quotations and tenders.
