Reviews disability cases, researches relevant medical, legal, administrative, and command issues. On the basis of established fact and precedent, formulates a retention recommendation or suggested disability rating. In collaboration with the Office of Airman's Counsel, and in accordance with Federal laws, Department of Defense and Air Force regulations, policies and established precedents, ensures appellants receive due process, fairness, equity, and justice in their appeal opportunity. -
