I began my career in transportation and logistics at the United Parcel Service in 2002. As a Business Development Manager, I was tasked with driving sales and revenue for the worlds leading carrier-base. Through this role, I quickly accelerated my understanding of the industry and continuously exceeded sales expectations and gaining national recognition for my performance. After spending a few years sitting on the carrier side of the table, I quickly realized the opportunity to save businesses money on their carrier agreements was tremendous. Having only negotiated a few agreements, many logistics and transportation professionals were genuinely unaware of what the negotiable points of their contracts were.With this in mind, I founded Motus Logistics. We exist to level the playing field for shippers across North America who don't have the time, resources or expertise to manage their supply chains as effectively as they'd like. While Motus operates in the transportation and logistics space, it is simply a vehicle for our consultants to do what we are most passionate about: help businesses of all sizes grow and become more profitable. As an entrepreneurial minded individual eager to change status-quo, I push innovation in an industry where mediocrity and tradition has become ingrained in both strategy and decision-making.
