Current• Nationwide recruiting of potential IT candidates for direct-hire, temp-to-hire and temporary assignments for various local and national accounts• Create job descriptions and post open positions through various career websites for open requisitions• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates in Bullhorn and other tracking systems for current & future consideration• Assess candidates’ qualifications by evaluating, screening, and interviewing them to ensure they meet client requirements• Submit candidates resumes and coordinate/confirm client interviews in multiple tracking systems• Assist candidates with interview preparation, offer acceptance, and administer/manage onboarding process (I-9 and compliance paperwork, background check, drug screens, etc.)• Negotiate pay rates and gain commitment from candidates upon offer• Remain in constant communication with candidates throughout their tenure on assignment• Develop and maintain reports to track candidate/job status, interview feedback, manager contact information, meeting confirmations, new job openings, and internal team metrics• Communication with various local clients & MSP partners, as needed, to check status of submittals, obtain candidate/interview feedback, set up conference/intake calls, and gain insight on upcoming openings• Assist Account Managers with the coordination & scheduling of candidate interviews in Vendor Management Systems• Act as Account Managers point of contact for various clients while they were out of office
