Completed project ahead of schedule and under budget, resulting in additional profits of $3 million, and value-added contractual quality bonus (ISO9001) of $0.6 million. •Designed and implemented new methods of structural production, achieving time and man-hour -savings of 25% and 45,500 respectively.•Led team of 69 to streamline production cycle from 8 days/floor to 6 days/floor.•Researched and forecasted costs and profits for interim assessments of the project.
