I am an avid Digital Product Designer with broad experience in strategizing end-to-end Business Learning Solutions for both educational and financial institutions. I have helped MNC Banks design and implement effective and measurable training (Instructor-led Training and eLearning with assessments) and communication (Management Communication Cascade and Employees Engagement) programmes that reach up to 9000 employees globally. Past Achievements includes:o As a Training and Communication Leads at Standard Chartered, I designed Training and Communication Roadmap aligned with Technology key implementation dates and help Wealth Management Project teams to identify business Train-The-Trainers as well as all target audience, which is our system users from Font, Middle, Back and Technology office to prepare for business readiness leading to Day-1 of new banking system roll out (TAP, TDS, T24) for both Private and Consumer banking across regions.o As a Training and Communication Manger in Citibank, I managed and drove various training and communications initiatives covering over 1,600 GCT employees in Singapore, Asia, Europe, Middle East and Africa. These includes end-to-end design, development and implementation of technology intranet website, training hub, championed employees’ engagement through onsite activities and town hall, digital communication and collaboration platform, work culture campaign, leadership and training initiatives, mandatory compliance training and Product Processes and Functionalities trainings. I have also collaborated with Human Resources department to develop the Citi Learning Singapore Portal to provide a one-stop solution for all business groups comprising of some 9,000 employees (Citibank’s employee strength in 2011) in Singapore.o As a TSPL consultant seconded to Temasek International HR Department, I collaborated with vendor on re-branding of Temasek’s corporate SharePoint Platform upgrade and design of new Intranet UI/UX approach.
