Procedures covered travel arrangements, equipment transportation, and reporting, plus establishment of 24-hour Emergency Operation Center.

 Expertly demonstrated change management abilities by guiding unit through reorganization following return from Iraq. Prepared unit for 2005 deployment to Iraq by procuring all needed equipment and materials, as well as directing one of division’s best unit maintenance programs. Developed and instituted Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for unit maintenance and planning.
