 Ensured all AWG personnel were fully prepared for global deployment within 24-hour notification by coordinating and facilitating training in combat advisory assistance and asymmetric threat analysis and exploitation. Tripled number of applicants, adding 100+ personnel to AWG within one year by restructuring recruitment process and methodology. Reduced external support requirements 77% by streamlining applicant assessment process. Initiated concept and built group to plan construction of $11M Asymmetric Battle Lab. Developed highly qualified Combat Advisors and enhanced AWG capabilities by expanding training program to include two additional skill identifiers; FBI Bomb Technician training, Dale Carnegie courses, engagement dynamics course, crew served weapons training, and tactical convoy training.

 Orchestrated and executed first AWG unit deployment in U.S. Army history.
