Kinesiology is an emerging field within healthcare professions. This is due to the overwhelming evidence establishing kinesiology as a highly effective modality for performance and rehabilitation. Having athletically performed at world-class competition gives me that edge in personally experiencing what it takes to perform at the highest level of sport, along with the dedication and focus within my field of work. On the flip-side, I have also sustained injuries from sport and vehicle accidents which have allowed me to practise rehabilitation and injury prevention on myself allowing me to return to my previous healthy lifestyle and performance. Currently I have clients on a wide spectrum from the average office worker to elite athletes.
