4K Designs is located in Colombo, Sri Lanka for innovative design solutions. Focusing on Graphic Design, Web, Social Media and Photography

Working as a freelance designer for various clients including online designing. My work included designing logos, business cards, flyers, web banners, branding and posters, as well video editing. I have also worked with UNDP, UN Volunteers, UN-Habitat Sri Lanka and Commonwealth Youth Council etc.

I was responsible for the concept, design and layout of the MDGs Sri Lanka Country Report 2014, MDG booklet for school students, artwork for publications to be distributed at the UN Day 2014, UNCG advocacy and visibility materials for 2015.I also design all the material for the 70-60 campaign, from its logo to the publication, supplement, and video materials.

Launch of the MDG Country Report 2014 - • Design and development of artworks, layout, creative graphics images/ illustrations, photos and charts for the MDG Country Report 2014 • Laying out text and graphics in Sinhala and Tamil • Develop info-graphics to be used on the report and factsheets where necessary; • Liaise with the Event Coordinator to ensure text for both the report and booklet are finalized in consultation with the Coordination Officer and Coordination and Transition Specialist • Bring both Sinhala and Tamil layouts to a point where it can be shared with the printer for printing • Support proofing of the first printed copies UN 70/60 Campaign - • Support the creation and design of necessary artwork for activities relating to the UN 70/60 Campaign in consultation with the Coordination Officer and UNCGIn addition to that I also supported the Reconciliation and Development Advisor with laying out a publication on Sexual and Gender Based Violence. I also supported the Gender Theme Group with the design for the Beijing+20 review report.

I was responsible for designing varieties of products such as books, magazine, posters, banners, brochures and visibility items.Completed tasks in given period according to the demand and requirement of the customer. Obtained experience in handling corporate customers and meeting their demands satisfactorily.
