Lead design projects for brand campaigns in close collaboration with marketing, e-commerce, commercial and product development teams. Responsible for the design assets required across the business across print and digital platforms, whilst ensuring a best-in-class standard is met.Concepts ideas for NPD and BAU photoshoots, once assets are delivered from photographers, I then organise these into a hierarchy that ensures a cohesive and consistent rollout of assets across all brand channels. During my time here I have developed the brand's guidelines, creating a more in-depth document, and design system by setting rules around typography, colour, photography and graphic treatment resulting in a stronger and more consistent brand identity.

Supported the Lead Designer in producing inspiring, impactful and beautiful campaign concepts and creative work that tells the brand story across all key touchpoints.Specialising in digital mediums, including video and animation, and leading the creative for paidand organic social content, ensuring best-in-class content and ads were delivered to driveengagement and community interaction.Assisted NPD and campaign shoots by art directing alongside the Lead Designer, delivering a variety of assets for the brand ranging from studio, model and texture shots.Worked closely with the e-commerce team on the homepage and landing page design direction and developments to ensure a high-quality user experience on-site.

Collaborated with UI and UX designers on digital design requirements for a variety of clients across their websites, advertising and B2B channels and events. All whilst maintaining the brand values and guidelines of the clients, and pushing these boundaries where necessary to develop their identity.

A summer internship that allowed me to explore brand identity design and development, whilst also gaining experience working on digital and print advertisement campaigns for the agencies' retail clients.

As a retail artist, I developed confidence, communication, interpersonal and sales skills from providing customer service, making connections and promoting brand values and products. As I was interested in design and social media, I volunteered to run the Instagram account for our store and organised monthly meetings to share beauty social media and industry trends with the team.

A summer internship where I developed my skills in digital design. I worked on a variety of projects ranging from advertisements, illustrations and UI wireframe designs for clients. Collaborating with account managers and designers to ensure client requirements and needs were fully met.
