My name is Desiree Ashby; I am from Gleason, Wisconsin, a community that is closely associated with individuals from various backgrounds. The town is renowned for hosting racing events and giving earnings towards charitable causes, which promotes a strong sense of community by extending aid to those in need. I have accrued four years of work experience, with two years working in a retail environment and the remaining two years working in a factory setting. While working in retail, specifically at Fleet Farm and Walgreens, I acquired valuable problem-solving skills by assisting customers in locating specific products and addressing coupon-related issues. This experience allowed me to develop a keen sense of customer service and an ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals. In my current at Lincoln Windows, I honed my abilities to work cooperatively and as part of a team. Collaborating with my colleagues was essential in making sure that orders were completed promptly. Through this experience, I developed my interpersonal and communication skills, learning to communicate with my peers to achieve shared objectives effectively.Since a young age, I have held a deep fascination for the art of writing and studying history.
