I not only have personal experience in working with my son with specific behavioral techniques, I have conducted Functional Behavior Assessments, observed, collected data and created Behavior Intervention Plans. Plans were executed with overall success and collected data to continue monitoring progress. I work closely with the few professionals that support my son and I have gone to training courses to learn real techniques. My college education is strictly Early Childhood Development, ASDs and Applied Behavior Analysis. I am networking with autism related people/places and overall support for anyone living with a young child diagnosed with ASD in my area.

Literally everything; from ordering liquor and food to all other supplies, scheduling employees, scheduling events, scheduling maintenance, legal paperwork for all gambling sources, present monthly report to all board members.
