Since the first grade, I knew I wanted to be a teacher. I spent hours designing my mock classroom, drawing lesson plans on cardboard, and forcing my younger sister to play the part of the student. It wasn’t until later in life that I realized my real passion was not as much teaching as it is education.Throughout my professional experience, I have actively worked with my colleagues and partners to create effective and efficient systems with the purpose of serving our client, student, or patient. Much of the work I have done has required the undertaking of great tasks with limited resources. The experience has taught me how to leverage partner resources to achieve a shared objective. It is through my experience, that I have learned the value of collaboration and partnership to creating high quality services.I am a service-focused leader who takes a multi-perspective approach to achieve an organization’s shared goals and objectives. I thrive in environments that promote continuous learning, innovation, and the ability to find creative solutions to difficult problems. I am results-oriented, high-energy, and passionate.
