Request and track all purchase orders, input all billing to Union Pacific's billing site, manage accounts receivable in internal software, and register deposits for all three office locations, averaging $100,000 monthly.Manage yearly contracts and rates for Union Pacific and make corrections and updates as needed. Train crews in safety procedures and policies for five of the Class 1 railroads. Schedule training for outside safety classes. Create and maintain database for safety training for 300 employees. Update and manage weekly equipment usage database to insure cost analysis accuracy on over 200 pieces of heavy equipment.
