Acting as In-House QS Consultant.Main responsibility:#Pre contractual works (but not limited to)- Coordinate and work with In-House Design team- Produce cost estimates, - coordinate and arrange for calling of tender, - preparing tender summary/reports, and - presentation of findings to Upper Management for award# Post contractual works (but not limited to):- Coordinate and work with In-House Project Management team,- Guide on Contractual matters and commercial aspect,- Coordinate all drawings and information for the binding of Contract, - carry out joint site valuation for payment recommendation of workdone, - attend progress meetings, - evaluate variation works for recommendation, and - finalizing of accounts
