PAR's library of approximately 100 forms is consistently rated as one of the most valuable benefits of membership in our association. I lead teams in the process of drafting and revising real estate contracts, which are used in a majority of the real estate transactions in Pennsylvania. I also teach proper use of the contracts to local associations across the Commonwealth.I also regularly provide insight on proposed legislation that may affect our contracts and membership, and have assisted in drafting bills and amendments. Because of our small staff, I have also been asked to review contracts with outside vendors.
