I am an authentic and thoughtful Technical Program Manager who manages enterprise wide, cross functional projects/programs to deliver change, initiatives, new product introduction and whole offer development. I balance my natural abilities of being emotionally and socially intelligent, creative problem solving and effectively manage relationships to deliver mutual outcomes. Go about my work with perspective while not compromising the success of the individuals and teams who make it happen. I drive my leadership and communication skills with diligence and intent to be more effective each day. Consequently, it results in high performing collaboration amongst the project team and key stakeholders… and we get things done. As you may have noticed, I have included dyslexic with my name. I do this to bring awareness and acceptance to neurodiversity. Some view this as a limitation but it’s FAR from it. All it means is I, amongst so many others with a neurodifference, think and comprehend things in a non-linear fashion. We are differently abled. I embrace my dyslexia and proud of this facet of who I am. It enables me to think different from the neurotypical. I represent a slice of diversity in the “room”. What I bring to the table is out of the box thinking, clearly seeing bigger pictures, easily detect patterns that then drives action to name some strengths. As a result, the partnership of the neurodifferent and neurotypical strengthens collaboration and productivity.I am a lifelong learner. I thrive on learning something new - no matter the subject or complexity.
