• Worked as Technical Program Manager and Maintenance Planner roles in the Drive Unit Department. Filled in for Maintenance Supervisors and Department Management as needed. • Managed the new factory CMMS system (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) by managing the Asset Registrar. Created, led, and tracked the planning processes such as Autonomous Maintenance/Preventative Maintenance, Work Order projects, and Data Analytics for tracking Key Performance Indicators. o Managed scheduling and entering of Autonomous Maintenance/Preventative Maintenance and created job plan packages for Work Order projects for continuous line improvements. Packages included: Labor estimate, Material requirements, Asset documents, Drawings, BoMs, Tool list, Applicable procedures, Technician assignment, and Safety related items to get each job done with safety, quality and efficiently in mind. I liaised and coordinated between cross-functional teams being Maintenance, Production Ops and Engineering to acquire the needed downtime for each W/O project. o Within the CMMS system and dashboards, I established job goals for the department workforce. I tracked all data analytics KPIs. Provided factual data required for evaluation of performance and corrective action for all Technicians in my department. Provided accurate labor forecasting and material needs and recognized possible labor shortages or excess. • Represented Drive Unit Department as CMMS owner and drove any trainings to all Drive Unit Technicians. • Spares Management and procured information from vendors to ensure cost effective purchasing and timely receipt of parts and materials for Drive Unit. • Managed Special Projects team of 4 Equipment Technicians and 2 Process Technicians to preform Engineering level line modifications and yield projects.• Promoted 5S activities and lean manufacturing on the manufacturing floor. • Interviewed/screened all new job applicants for Process/Equipment Technician.
