As Head of Customer Service & - Operations for B2C and B2B at ENGIE Electrabel Marketing & Sales BeLux I am responsible to design the customer journeys & processes to acquire and serve our customers improving their experience and to efficiently operate and continuously improve the servicing of our customers and operations (internal staff of >500 and external staff & partners of >500). M&S BeLux is the operating entity in charge of energy suppply and energy services to B2C and B2B customers on the BeLux energy market under the brandname of ENGIE Electrabel. Market shares in both customer segments and energies are around 45%, representing an annual turnover of approx. Euro 5 billion.

As B2C Segment Manager I had end to end responsibility over the B2C customer segment of Electrabel, covering operational marketing, sales and aftersales activities, processes and resources (direct staff of >600).

As CAE at SEE and SEI setting-up a globalized audit function with de-localized audit offices across the world, linking them and bringing them to maturity. Set-up and managed teams of auditors with diverse cultural (Brazilian, American, Peruvian, French, Italian, Dutch, Belgian), professional and academic (civil- industrial- and commercial engineers, IT,…) background localized across the world. The service offering ranged from management system and operational efficiency reviews, to IS, financial and investigative audits accross the globe.
