I create an environment where clients and personnel feel seen and heard. I excel at multi-tasking, prioritizing, getting ahead of the ball and keeping it rolling. I started my administration career at a front desk and was quickly promoted to the Events & Facilities Coordinator. I built the event process, for monthly events hosted in a 2,500 seat auditorium, from scratch: creating timelines, budgets, forms, databases and communications. I enjoyed partnering with multiple teams as I coordinated AV, IT, Janitorial, Graphics, Volunteers, Vendors and Internationally recognized Key Note Speakers. As an Executive Assistant, I excelled at anticipating needs and implementing creative solutions. I managed multiple calendars, arranged international travel, protected confidential information, and acted as a liaison for all internal and external communications. Gaining an AS in Business from Solano Community College and a BA in Organizational Studies from UC Davis were the next steps to rounding out my career. While pursuing my degree I won the State and National tournament for International Public Debate and made record sales as a server for a local restaurant. I’m now positioned with both experience and education and am actively searching for my next challenge.
