The school engagement specialist utilizes applied behavior analysis principles and supporting evidence based practices to enhance student learning and maximize the educational opportunities available to each child. Leveraging a proven knowledge of adaptive teaching methods, student assessment, and curriculum development skills to successfully support the behavioral and social/emotional, needs of all students. Model and coach the use of evidence based behavioral and social/emotional practices for school personnel with a strong focus on special education teachers. Assist building administrators in strengthening implementation of Positive Behavioral Intervention and Supports (PBIS) and Effective Classroom Practices. Teach, model and coach the Functional Behavioral Process. Teach, model and coach the development and implementation of function based Behavior Intervention Plans. Provide support and training on data collection and analysis to develop, implement, monitor and adapt interventions to ensure effective services. Participate in and facilitate meetings and professional development as assigned. Promote and participate in building meeting structures (MTSS, PBIS, PLC, and other applicable systems) to support student achievement and behavioral success. Work collaboratively as a member of a broader support team including building, district and AEA staff.

Assists teacher with conducting lessons, managing the classroom and developing materials. Track student progress during the school year and create reports to let parents understand what their children are learning. Monitor the classroom, minimize and track distractions and disruptions.

Develop and attain customer experience and sales objectives for store. Sell all products and services offered by the Company. Meet all sales objectives. Handle all administrative aspects of the sale including: completing customer contracts and warranties, pulling products from inventory, accepting customer payments and filing the completed orders. Maintain strong knowledge of all products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions and service features. Maintain knowledge of competitive offers and provide critical market feedback to the Store Manager regarding local competition and product/service needs. Handle service inquiries from customers. Provide efficient, courteous customer service and assist in all aspects of product offerings and services. Ensure an extraordinary customer experience.
