As a Lead Optometric Tech I had many roles. I learned how to pull insurance, make charts, input patient data, HIPAA, scheduling, EHR, and how to pre-test patients. With this, I also was in charge of training any new techs, and helping to build processes. The processes helped to better the business and help our patients.
