As an assistant director there are many responsibilities. When working with children you have to make sure that everything is safe and secure. I have to make sure that customers are happy and that there is good communication between my staff and our parents. I make sure that all money is accounted for and everyone has paid their bills. I make sure that staff and children are on the right track. I make sure that all lesson plans are done. I make sure that everything is in order for the next day. As a person who is in charge of little humans, you have to make sure that you are in a good mood because other wise you rub off on others. I make sure that if there are concerns from parents that they are handled in the correct way and that the parents leave happy.
