· Support students with disabilities & behavioral or academic accommodations· Supervise individual or small-group work, facilitating social interactions, handling setting up & cleaning up classrooms.· Contributing information to IEPs· Creating an environment that helps students become independent

· Assisted teachers with individual groups/Managed student behaviors· Works closely with the behavioral team to provide support and promote positive behaviors· Worked as one-on-one support with a student who was considered high-behavior· Assisted in Waverly's temporary SSC program

· Providing companionship and independence through emotional support and socialization· Assistants with basic needs and proper care to ensure their safety and comfortability· Managing and planning out medications, groceries, and daily activities of their choosing

· Acts as an approachable, professional, and ethical individual who is an advocate and voice for Southwestern’s Student Body· Obtains written agenda in advance to present and discuss with ASG members· Facilitates a relationship between the Student Body and Faculty Members· Holds and attends weekly ASG meetings and monthly Board meetings

· Enforcing rules to ensure the well-being and safety of students within campus housing· Participates in securing campus nightly with Security Officers to ensure campus safety· Responds to incidents and emergencies within student housing as they occur.· Prepares reports documenting the facts and actions regarding policy violations to be read by campus security and the director of housing.

· Creating a safe, welcoming, and accepting school environment for all individuals, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity.· Bring awareness and a better understanding of the LGBTQ+ Community
